From point of order to delivery the service was very quick and our logs were left on our driveway as requested and we moved them to our dry storage. Some of the wood seemed to be damp and we did have trouble getting a fire to light fully. After speaking to the company this matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. It has been a pleasure dealing with them.

Order and delivery went well. The wood however was not fit for purpose. Over 50% above the advertised (legal) maximum 20% moisture content with a large majority in the 30’s. Terrible customer service on reporting this issue to the retailer with no desire to resolve the issue. Do not purchase from from them.
